01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sarika Travels website and all cab/travel services provided by us. By accessing our website or placing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms in full.

02 Our Services

Sarika Travels provides chauffeur-driven cab services for intercity travel, airport transfers, local hire, and corporate transportation. Our services are available across Delhi-NCR and major routes in North India.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Vehicle allocation is subject to availability and may differ from the vehicle shown, within the same category.
All fares quoted are inclusive of driver charges but exclusive of toll, parking, and state-permit charges unless stated.

03 Booking & Payments

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email from Sarika Travels. Verbal confirmation alone is not binding.

Payment

Payment may be made in cash to the driver, or via UPI/bank transfer as agreed at the time of booking. Full or advance payment may be required for certain routes or during peak periods.

Extra Charges

Tolls, state entry permits, parking fees, and night charges (applicable between 11 PM – 5 AM) are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the base fare unless explicitly agreed in writing.

04 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Time	Charge
More than 24 hours before trip	No charge
12 – 24 hours before trip	25% of fare
6 – 12 hours before trip	50% of fare
Less than 6 hours / No-show	100% of fare

To cancel, contact us at +91 9718256485 or WhatsApp. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.

05 Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. The driver has the right to refuse service or terminate a trip (without refund) if a passenger:

cancelIs intoxicated or under the influence of substances
cancelBehaves in an abusive, threatening, or disruptive manner
cancelDamages or soils the vehicle interior
cancelEngages in any unlawful activity during the trip

Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the responsible passenger.

06 Limitation of Liability

Sarika Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from:

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, road closures, natural disasters)
Missed flights, trains, or appointments due to delays
Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle
Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the total fare paid for that specific booking.

07 Luggage Policy

Each passenger is permitted to carry one large suitcase and one cabin bag per person, subject to the vehicle's boot space. Oversized or excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. We are not liable for any damage to luggage during transit.

08 Route Changes & Waiting

Any changes to the agreed route, destination, or pickup time requested after confirmation may attract additional charges. Waiting charges apply beyond a 15-minute grace period at the pickup point:

Sedan: ₹100 per 30 minutes waiting
SUV: ₹150 per 30 minutes waiting

09 Disputes & Grievances

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the trip at sarikatravels77@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably and promptly.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
